Who Do You Want Illustrating 4th Ed.?

Paul Bonner would be fantastic! He's mostly known for his Confrontation illustrations, and Drakar & Demoner here in Sweden.

Easely, Elmore, Brom and DiTerlizzi.

I know comic artists aren't the popular choice and it won't happen anyway, but when I read the thread title the fanboy in my head started shouting "Jim Lee! Jim Lee! Jim Lee!"

Mignola's awesome, I wouldn't mind that at all.

Who's WAR?

Man, I don't know what Drakar & Demoner is, but I sure as hell wish I could read Swedish now. That pic is sweet. It is more of the style I"d like to see in 4E, and know that I won't.

Bring Back Brom!

He's always been my all time favorite fantasy artist. I missed him during 3e :(

Seconded. In general, i wasn't quite pleased with 3e art and i'm not too thrilled about the direction 4e is taking.

Drakar & Demoner ("Dragons & Demons") is an old swedish RPG, originally a translation of BRP Fantasyworld (i.e. RuneQuest light) with a D&D ripoff name. The latest edition is illustrated by Bonner, and tries to evoke a swedish fairy tale setting. The illustrations are better than the game, though, IMHO.

I dunno. I don't really understand what he's try to do with that right arm. Looks really weird.

It looks like he's checking to see if he needs to initiate the 'Right Guard' stance before this combat.
