Who was your first RPG Charcater and what ever happened to him/her

!983. OD&D. Skizziks the elf (his name was a palindrome, clever, eh?). Charmed, then boiled alive by Kopru in X2: The Isle of Dread.

K'tar

K'tar the elven nomad. He was created immediatly after the release of the psionics handbook some 2(?) years ago and was a WebRPG staple for a few months. Not much notable...quiet, reserved, albino. He rescued a child in a cave at one point, helped defeat a goblin-powered golem, and massacred a few goblins..he earned his psi-crystal before i retired him to play in a more consistent campaign on Mirc but which didn't survive the Sunless Citadel. Can't recall the character from that campaign except the fact that he was an inordinatly charismatic half-orc...oh well.

My first char was Ray Diamond, a human fighter in a fantasy/future setting. He got up to about 12th level, saved the world about 3 times, and then took a bullet for his friend, and ate the dirt. He had two kids, one of which went on to enslave the universe and cause the destruction of 4 planets.

Lucien, an elven fighter wizard back in the days of 1e. He was killed by a demon along with the rest of his friends at 8th level.

My first character was a CG 2E Thief whose name I can't remember. I played him twice during the summer between high school and college; my older sister's boyfriend at the time was the DM -- and wasn't very good at it.

It wasn't until my 4th character that I had someone that lasted a while. Rohan d'Siantrell was run as a PC for a little over a year, retired, and then brought out of retirement as an NPC in my PBEM, where he's lived for the past 3 years. He's gone from 6th level to 14th, but he's still a 2e character.

Well..I started RPG's back in HS and on through college but the only games that lasted more than a session were the games I ran.

My first long term player-character was Pristine (Pris for short) in a Champions game about 12 years ago. An ex-assassin martial artist with a unique style, she hooked up with an established group called the Justice Allkiance and promptl;y nearly got killed by Viper.:) But she survived and had a good couple of years low on the group totem pole, but providing a little streetwise edge to a group otherwise mostly four-color. When a membership turnoever resulted in most ofthe more experienced, leader characters leaving, she ended up in charge of the group. Then while leading the group against a workld shaking threat, she ended up romantically involved a noble villain the group was working with.

That was a fun time. Pris was alot of fun to play. WAs such a good combat leader that the group was noticably less effective when she was out of action. So much so she became a primary target in every combat.:) Pris was also the character that got me into anime, more or less by accident, since friends I rp'ed with had Bubblegum Crisis and Pris was almostexactly like the Priss character in the anime.:)

I joined my brothers group, so I made a level 7 human thief (1st edition) and embarked on a quest to save a kingdom.

This was the old Mystara setting and we had to find the heir to the throne of a kingdom and succeeded.

His name was Titius Griipa, and was almost incompetent. I managed to fail a climb attempt at 90%! (his only climb attempt)

Among the things that happened to him was touching a cursed dagger, so his hand shriveled to dust and I sat in a cursed throne and was turned into an old man.

More stories later...

Vain the magic user (Basic D&D), back in 1984 or '85. He almost got trampled by a dinosaur once (Isle of Dread ?), but I'm pretty sure I retired him at 7th or 8th level (the campaign died).

My first character where I still got the charachtersheet is Xavier d'Castello, a human cavalier with ungodly stats (18,17,17,17,16,14 - rolled on 3D6). He was 6'2 in a world of 5' midget humans (the DM "forgot" to tell me that everybody was small), and had a (probably) demonic horse. He was an utter failure as a secret agent for the king (duh!), but an excellent fighter. The campaign died after appr. 10 scenarios when he was 3rd or 4th level (we didn't get much xp).

Heehee, my first character was a halfling thief named Fatty Furfoot....... hhmmmmm great name i know.;)
He was a damn lucky character, running through the dungeon(wich i cant remember the name of right now), setting off traps left n right but never actually getting caught up inthem. He had a wicked left arm and was a champion at throwing iron spikes, infact i cant remember the guy missing (bad memory probably)apart from the very last time. But alas, he died all too easily, when he came across an orc. He threw his iron spike which the orc caught, threw it back and whack......... straight between the eyes!
Poor little sod :(

lol

Scott.
