Who's got the right stuff for League of Extraordinary Gentlemen 1990s?

Ninja Turtles are great. Going that way, you could add Mario and Luigi... maybe even Roger Rabbit.

Another good entry would be the Bill Baxter/Lou Ferigno as Bruce Banner/Hulk

Alright. Out of those mentioned, I've voting for:
Q
Charlene McGee
John McLane
Ron Weasly
Jason Bourne
Marty McFly

It'd be nice to have another woman or two, and a few "monstrous" types. Oh! I've got it! Susie Salmon, the dead girl from Alice Siebold's "The Lovely Bones". Excellent book, perfect character. Female, "monstrous" (by virtue of being an actual ghost), genre-bending.

The Dude from Evil Dead/Army of Darkness, Snake Plisken, or Jack Burton (Big Trouble in Little China)

Yeah. Let's say the action takes place in 1993...It also means Harry Potter is... what 4?

Harry was 11 in the first book, in 1997. That's make him 7 in 1993, not 4.

Either way, it makes him a small child with a potent, but completely untrained (and subconscious) talent.

Ash - Evil Dead 2
An old Indiana Jones to play the Quatermain-type character

I have to say no way on Victor from Pulp Fiction, he was both a villain, and utterly incompetent.

After a quick comb through the wikipedia, here are my picks:

Jack Ryan (Tom Clancy novels)
Ian Malcolm (Chaos theory guy from Jurassic Park and The Lost World)
Dr. Who
Luther Whitney (ageing burglar, Absolute Power)
Tyler Durden/Nameless Narrator (Fight Club)
Clarice Starling (Silence of the Lambs)
