maybe because people want OGL for 5.5E or whatever next DND edition is called as 3PP create really good products, some really better than wotc. Why? Removing the Royalties and coping clause are good enough.

Again, that’s the point.Yeah but I don't want you to do that. Honestly this OGL outrage has become a bore and I am tired of seeing it.
It absolutely affects the industry significantly.I don't care about keeping 1.0. It does not affect anyone at this point anyway as the other companies are moving away and only they would have been affected by the changes in the first place.
No, no they are not. Why? Removing the Royalties and coping clause are good enough.
no, because they can change the license at any time, whereas the current one cannot be changedWhy? Removing the Royalties and coping clause are good enough.
well, if WotC reversed course and added the 'irrevocable' to it, they might come back. I get it, does not affect you, who cares about anyone else, all the people losing their jobs are quite annoying with their pleas for helpYeah but I don't want you to do that. Yeah, that's a big 'nope' there.I don't care about keeping 1.0. It does not affect anyone at this point anyway as the other companies are moving away and only they would have been affected by the changes in the first place.
They only care about domestic ticket sales. Holywood couldn't care less how much money they make in BrazilBy all means, watch it. Just don’t pay money to do so. Or at the very least, don’t pay to do so during the first week.
There is one issue and one issue only. Revoking 1.0a. That's it. Everything else is mud. And they have not walked that back.Yeah, but I also don't want that to happen. I want to watch the movie in peace.
I don't see the point of keeping up the protests given that they are already walking back the stuff that was objectionable.
WoTC/Hasbro plans to have it under OGL2 (or whatever it ends up being) which is not at all open.I'll have a simple decision for 5.5E/6E/1D&D or whatever its name will be:
Is it under OGL/ORC licence?
If not, then 0 payment from me.
