True, I wouldn't be worried about your rude attitude to someone who wasn't thinking of buying your products upsetting him and ensuring he never buys them. I'ld be more concerned about the number of on-lookers who were considering buying one of your products and do regularly by PDFs, adding you to their ignore list and making sure they never buy anything by you.
