Why so many changes?

I sincerely think that they are doing it because they were given free reign to do it.
I don't see (or mean) that as a cynical statement. It's what I would do if given the means, I just don't agree with all of their creative decision when it comes to the fluff that we've seen so far. That's fine, I can make up my own fluff, but it does mean more work for me in the end, and my being a generally lazy person and all, it does irritate me a bit.
Over all, I'm about 50-50 on likes and dislikes with the changes being done to the fluff that we've seen so far.
