Does Wild Armor retain non-AC bonuses when in wild shape?

For example, would "Leather Armor +1, Wild, Light Fortification, Shadow, Silent Moves" give you +3 AC in animal form and nothing else? Or would you continue to get the protection vs critical hits and +5 competence bonus to move silently and hide?

the +1 leather armor would still count as a +1 leather armor.. and the other abilities would work normally...

You get only the AC bonus when in wildshape. Normally, melded armor loses all benefits. The description of Wild armor mentions that it retains the armor bonus and enhancement bonus. So everything else is lost, as usual.
