Wizards.com/dnd website down

Since Friday (maybe since the design changed), i can´t access the DnD website from any computer with different browsers...

I expected it to be fixed this Monday (workday)...

Does anybody have the same problem?

I know DND designers are roaming around the board, so it would be kind to forward it to the web designers...

Works just fine for me, has all weekend. Using Chrome, IE or Firefox, all three are fine.

You need to flush your cache files in your browser...

Example: For Firefox -

1) Click Tools, select Clear Recent History.
2) Unselect everything but Cache (Cookies would also be a good one to clear).
3) Shut down firefox and start it up again.

If this doesn't work try using the ping command at the command prompt to see if you are able to reach www.wizards.com. If you are not, then use tracert (the trace route command) to figure out where the problems lie.

Good luck,

Someone give that man (Saracenus) some XP. I can't until I get to a real keyboard at home.

Yep.

Accessing wizards.com works fine until I try to navigate to the 'official D&D site'. Then I get this:
Runtime Error
Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>
<system.web>
<customErrors mode="Off"/>
</system.web>
</configuration>

Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>
<system.web>
<customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="mycustompage.htm"/>
</system.web>
</configuration>
I tried it with the most current IE and Firefox. Clearing the cache doesn't change anything. Any other ideas?

(Btw. just like the OP I'm in Germany - could this be a local problem?)

Edit: Hmm. Peraion Graufalke is also from Germany...

The Problem exist also in Austria. :p

But the strange thing is that it didn't work in Firefox and on my Android Phone but it worked on IE8. Now I'm at work and here it works also on Firefox (same Firefox Version and Settings).
