Wizards with Cure spells!

Arcane Disciple from Complete Divine allows an arcanist to gain the ability to cast a limited number of spells per day from a domain... if the arcanist worships a deity with the healing domain, that is an avenue to have at least a few cures per day.

And could the Wizard with the Healing Domain write these spells on scrolls or create magic items that require the spells?

I think you could.

Yes, although I believe only arcane casters with Arcane Disciple (Healing) could actually use such a scroll. That, and somebody with Use Magic Device (or a Bard, I think).

That's a good point; otherwise the genie would be out of the bottle for all domain divine spells becoming arcane spells.

Thanks for the responses. That was my interpretation of the RAW as well. I just knew there are people here with more books and knowledge than me, and I figured if there was a loophole to be found, someone here would know where it was.

Not necessarily Loophole as just 'other features' to get what you're going for.

That and changing the spell casting system to say AE/AU might work better if you want a spellcaster that has no divine/arcane break.
