I apologise for not being aware of the locat nettiquet, and for not getting back sooner.
The WIG webiste is http://www.ifr-inc.org/wig , they have a box on the main page where you can sign up for the yahoo group. Or you can go directly to http://groups.yahoo.com/group/wig-open/ Membership is open to everyone, but only members can read the archives.
Another shameless plug: If anyone is going to be at OddCon in Madison this April they are having a panel on this topic as well. (Seems like everyone is talking about this...)
