Wooden buildings for minis...

Arravis

First Post
At one of the gamestores in Nashville I've seen some wooden buildings for use with miniatures... anyone know where these might be ordered online or what they are called? They look very detailed and simply putting them together looks like it would be a fun project. Any info would be much appreciated, thanks guys :)

Nope... it's not a resin building. It's made out of wood (probably balsa) and you buy a kit you put together yourself. They are very detailed... multi storied buildings can be taken apart floor by floor, etc. They had a bunch and didn't seem like a hard to get item. I'm surprised no one has heard of them.

Wow

I used wooden buildings, even made some

For wargames

Good lord, but D&D is going back to its roots, and not in a good way -- it is becoming Chainmail again (he says dusting off his old copy with the yellow cover).

I'd say that D&D is not regressing, but simply exploring all that CAN be done with it. Being used as rules for playing with toys is no less legitimate than as rules for use with only paper and pencil.
