Those are violations of the game rules and it seems to me to be dodgy for this site to help them screw up the game for honest players. Just my two cents take it as you will.

This is a known problem with Google Ads (the ad on the bottom is Google Ads, the one on the top of the page is ENW administrated). Many websites have problems with Google showing ads that although related to the sites content in a broad sense (fantasy, gaming) are unwanted.
