Well, naturally the exchange rate is tied to the number of coins officially issued by the Grand Democratic Republic of Ambrus. If I'm making these things myself and I could only produce one at a time I'd guess that there wouldn't be very many at all. Consequently the exchange rate would be fairly high, say one drake would be worth about 47.681 US$. So even if I'd ordered a few large pizzas I'd have to pay him say about two GDRoA farthings and a few GDRoA pennies as a tip. El Presidente is of course a generous tipper.
