The new staff probably haven't been burned yet by the general public's insatiable need to be jerks to them on social media when they don't get their way, like the previous staff regime had been.

journals sounds meh......and not any way to run my stuff. Really need a prep tool, wiki (or something).....they are clearly thinking about what that will look like, but it doesn't sound ready/decided yet.
