Not sure it would be the best idea to hire someone who had a chief complaint of feeling like they were a token hire, into a job they aren't qualified for based solely on the demographic they happen to fall under. That seems....like a bit of cognitive dissonance going on there.
Either way, it's nice to see that no matter what WoTC does, or will do, people with minds made up will attack them for it. If you're going to be hiring for a business manager in a corporate job for a large company, you're going to sound professional and use jargon that matches the corporate business world. Complaining about that seems to show a large unawareness of how large businesses operate.
As a project manager for a large corporation, if I saw a wanted ad worded in casual talk, it would be a big red flag for me about their seriousness and professionalism if I didn't know anything else about them, and probably wouldn't apply. Since they don't need an RPG expert, but a diversity expert, they could be turning away very qualified people by putting out an ad that looks like a high schooler wrote on their FB page.
