I'm not sure I follow your line of reasoning. ... A squirrel reference in an RPG product could somehow be associated with an online forum? Sorry, but one rodent does not a monopoly make.

Well, I don't think it'd be the deciding factor in my decision to buy a product.

Now, if we were talking about ducks, that would be a must-buy for me.

holey moley... i thought i was the only one with duck men in my campaign.

I've often talked about having ducks as a PC race in my campaign. They were inspired by very early issues of Howard the Duck.
