D&D 5E Would You Allow this Feat?

Zardnaar

Legend
Abbreviated Version.

+1 intelligence
+1 language or artisan tools
Downtime to learn new language/tool is halved

Looks fine my current campaign the PCs get downtown equal to twice the amount of time passed IRL. For example if it takes them 3 sessions over 4 weeks to do something they can have 8 weeks of downtime.

So far they're around 450 days of downtime once they complete the current adventure.

Maybe as a variant human starting option, but walking into a cave, killing some ogres, hitting 4th level, getting a good night's sleep and waking up speaking a new language....not my cup of tea. I don't the think the feat you're describing is imbalanced, and there's nothing currently like it so that makes it neat.

I think it's broadly similar to both Linguist and Prodigy.

I'd be fine with it. It's very similar to Skilled and Prodigy.

The downtime thing is a bit wonky in relation to other feats mechanically as it's the only one of it's kind, but it sure won't break anything

Ok new one.

Basically kill a dragon and make stuff out if it's parts.
Craftvweapin +1d6 elemental damage based on dragon.

Dragon armor. Gain resistance vs the dragons energy type.

This is a feat? Just making sure.

The weapon is new, but there is already Dragon armor in the DMG. It gives +1 to AC (over normal AC), advantage on saves vs. frightful presences, and resistance to the relevant energy type for the dragon, and you can detect the closest dragon of the same type within 30 miles.

The first feat is fine, and could maybe even be better. How about expertise with one set of Artisan Tools if you already have proficiency (or period)? You're not breaking game but it feels like a much bigger ribbon.

It's non magical. You could make dragon scale armor for a dragon and have a druid wear it.

There's no limit to how much you can craft, the limit is the dragon parts.

You could kill a dragon and make an elemental dagger for each member of the party.

Doesn't require attunement. Can be enchanted I suppose.
