Long Live Greyhawk!!!!!

Hmmm.....

From what I see, the majority out there would be interested in such a product. Now if only some WotC people would come around and throw their opinion on the subject...

I'm With Billy

if it was good for ideas and had some new rules i could steal then i would use it. love the forgotten realms but i do all my dming in my own world.

Actually, I probably would like to see a greyhawk book... that would be cool... the articles in Dragon have been mentioning some cool stuff, and i would like to see a big tome that included all of the backstory to it...

I think any product that is done with consideration of the previous released material, would sell well if it added something to the Greyhawk world.

It would be a balancing act thou, we don't need another major change to the setting (that would alienate the old timers... like me), but we also need something new that would interest us.

I would buy anything anyway, but they say they aren't making anything. Maybe if they put the best adventures of Living Greyhawk in to a yearly annual...

I have to agree with Teflon Billy. If a GHCS book was well done, I would want it. I do run my own campaign, but I have found a few things that I like in the FRCS. (One of the most underrated parts of the FRCS was the trade and economic information. It gave a sense of how nations make their money.)

If it is done, I would want it to be done well. Part of the problem would be balancing the detailed approach of FRCS with the amount of freedom GH allows DMs. Based on previous posts, I doubt Gygax would really want to work on such a project. However, maybe he could be brought in as a consultant. (I remember Erik Mona suggesting that it would be great if Gygax could develop some other parts of Oerth if he was uncomfortable working on the Flanaess. I second, third, and fourth that motion.)
