Probably not. By the time the current campaign is over, most of the setting's secrets will be revealed. (I hope.) Then it'll be time to start a new game in a new setting with new mysteries.
Twenty seven years and my "campaign" hasn't ended. ;-) As I explained in the "do you use multiple campaigns in a campaign world" thread, all my separate plot-threads (with different players and different PCs) all exist within a continous timeline in my campaign world (Greyhawk). Eventually new plot threads will be run for new PCs, but it will certainly still be within the context of my ubercampaign set in Greyhawk. My players will never discover all of my world's secrets, there's just too much going on (and it changes over time) and they certainly don't know the secrets that were discovered by other players 15 years ago. ;-)

Loads of edition-independent Greyhawk goodness... maps, magic, mysteries, mechanics, and more!
I voted yes if the world is big enough and each area has a distincitive flavor from the other.
I wonder what's causing all these setting/campaign fidelity threads to pop up all over the forum
The thread title is:
Would you use the same setting for your next campaign?
My answer to this question is yes.
But:
The question posed in the poll is:
If you were to start a new campaign tomorrow, would you use a different setting?
Surely I should be ansering this question no, I would not use a different setting
I'm doing War of the Burning Sky next, cos it looks so damn cool.
It won't fit in my homebrew, mainly because my homebrew is so weird, so I'll have to switch settings. I'm going to set it in Eberron, in Sarlona, a long time ago.
