That's your call, really. I don't see how it'd hurt, though, personally. Most of what I see indicates that youngsters these days aren't playing D&D so much anyway but are using the "gateway" games like Heroclix or CCGs. As a parent, I can tell you I'd appreciate it, but wouldn't shoot you down mercilessly for not including it either. For instance, Shelzar: City of Sin is certainly a PG-13 book at least, but I bought without the warning. I did ask around to make sure it wasn't too terrible and thoroughly perused it at the store before I brought it into my house. I am certainly much more conservative then most of our ilk, however so either way it's not too big a deal. So, in summary, it doesn't really matter if you tag it or not, but I'd appreciate a heads-up.
