Wuxia d20 Rules?

Are there any d20 rules for running a Wuxia type game. I want to run a game that is like a Shaw Brothers kung fu movie. Think Five Deadly Venoms, The Bride with White Hair, Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, Dreadful Melody, Green Snake, Kid with the Golden Arms, etc...

Any suggestions on good d20 rules to use?

I'm using pretty straightforward D&D rules without miniatures and a reasonably free-n-easy DMing style to run Kung-Fu Angels and it helps. Check out the Story Hour and see if it's what you're looking for.

No big rule changes, just a fun bunch of players and a DM who doesn't fight coolness.

Obviously Oriental Adventures is a big help. Oh, and I have a prestige class based on Invincible Asia's needle-fu on my website.

A couple of AC-related tweaks: create feats that let players use their Intelligence, Charisma and Wisdom as bonuses to their AC. Also Base Reflex Save.

Consider the "damage save" mechanic from M&M. I don't use it, but it looks good. Frankly, if I were going to run a real wuxia game with fellow fans, I think I'd go with M&M over D&D. Superpowers better model the wuxia character than spells and magic items, I think.

Oriental Adventures has a few classes and techniques that are particularly suited for this kind of play (like the bladedancer and ninja, and the "extreme tumbling" optional rules.)

Beyond Monks (in PDF by Chainmail Bikini, also published by Goodman Games) has even more Wuxia-esque player options and techniques.

Green Ronin had purchased the rights to Dragonfist, but I don't know when we will be seeing that, if ever. I think if you can look hard enough, you can find the original (2e-based) version on the WotC site.

Adamant had started work on a D20 supplement called The Dao of Wuxia, but we cancelled it when the folks at Green Ronin (friends of ours, and publishers of Skull & Bones, which we designed) announced DragonFist.

However, given the continual limbo surrounding DF...maybe it's time we resurrect the project?

Ooh, yes, Dragon Fist! It certainly WAS available, since I have the entire thing as a PDF and in the final days of one of my former companies I printed the whole thing off on nice heavy stock while nobody else was in the office.

There's room for a d20 DragonFist, though I still think I'd rather see an M&M conversion to the genre. It's on my list of "Things to do if I suddenly have a year off."

Not that I would know that Psion had commented on Dragon Fist, since obviously I never see his posts. :p
