[X3] Beast & Kitty Pryde Cast?

Kelsey Grammar is a great addition. As for makeup concerns, if he can pull off playing a Klingon and nobody knew it was him (cameo in an episode of ST: TNG), playing Beast should be a breeze.

I have no problem with the look or the intelligent discourse; he can do that. But the Beast is incredibly agile and dextrous with his feet. That will be really interesting if he gets into a fight, since I expect Juggernaut to be the villian to beat up on.

There was also a line in the one page of
Angel a handsome winged mutant who is ashamed of his feathery appendages."
.

Frankly, I want them to replace Shawn Ashmore as Iceman with David Hyde Pierce so that we can get "Frasier X". ;)
Somehow the image of David Hyde Pierce and Anna Paquin locking lips is downright ... creepy.

I think they will work out Kelsey as Beast with CGI or other special effects.

The Lost chick (Maggie Grace) as Kitty has me worried though. She seems all wrong for the part. Too old, for one thing. According to IMDB, she'll be 22 by the time they start filming.

but kitty was cast in the first movie. Of course it was a cameo.
Apparently they didn't recast her in X2. They went for someone with long blonde hair.

At least Maggie Grace ("Shannon" from Lost) is not sore on the eyes.

I'm assuming Beast will be like Spider-Man: some scenes will be Grammer in costume, some will be CGI.

And is anyone else annoyed that you had to click on the actor of Juggernaut's name about a dozen times before you finally get to see a picture of him? :P

The "hanging by the toes" scenes, yes.

Maybe I'm sinister, but I honestly do not want to see Alan Cumming, aka Nightcrawler, come back.

I kinda hope they do Beast like Abe Sapien was done in Hell Boy, with one actor being him and another (ironically David Hyde Pierce... he did a great job too) doing the voice. I can hear Grammer as Beast in my head, but I don't think he'll be able to pull off the physical mannerisms and posture.
