Xcrawl from Pandahead Publishing OGC?

Got my hands on (what I believe to be a 3.0 version) Xcrawl. Love the rules on teams, fame, and life as a star.

But the OGC declaration is a bit murky.

Here's what it says:

Open Game License:
Xcrawl: Adventures in the Xtreme Dungeon Crawl League is produced under the terms of the Open Gaming License and the d20 System Trademark License. All rules within this book are published under those licenses.

All material not covered under the Open Gaming License and d20 System License is the property of Pandahead Productions.

All new material in this book are product and property of Pandahead Productions, 2003.

The Open Game License is printed in its entirety at the end of this book. For further information please visit www.opengamingfoundation.org or www.wizards.com.

Has there been clarification since as to what is and isn't OGC? Any help anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated!

Hey there. Yes, we have clarified that matter with the new color edition.

In it, it states:

"Designation of Open Gaming Content, Subject to the Designation of Product Identity above, pages 135-149 inclusive, and pages 219-231 of the Appendix of this book, excluding the sample team and the Xian Character."

Basically, all the new character classes, prestige classes, skills, feats, monsters, and domains that we introduce.

Don't mind me while I gush...I LOVE THIS GAME.

Now I have to upgrade to 3.5. Are Mojo Rules, Fame, and Signature Moves OGC? I'm guessing the page count doesn't match between 3.0 and 3.5 versions so my apologies for having to ask.
