Can anyone please explain the following error messages:

My laptop fails to acknowedge any further commands with the laptop pointing controller or my external pointing device - runnnin XP , help

Okay, MwlGui.exe is the McAfee Wireless Home Network Security User Interface.
It looks like it's failing because it's looking for a component that was installed with PaintShopPro, but is no longer on your system. (I *think*)

I'd try uninstalling McAfee (a reinstall of it would probably fix this problem).
 

Looks like you have a trial version of paintshoppro or a version that is looking for updates and something has been moved.

Make sure you deinstall programs from the control panel rather than just deleting the files from your drives. (Not saying you did that, just good advice.)
