D&D 5E (2014) Xvart: Humanoid or Monstrosity?

Maybe, like a clay golem, they're constructs, then they become monstrosities when they get that breath of life. Finally they become humanoids when they gain a little knowledge about good and evil.

I chose Humanoid because I consider a Monstrosity to be a mutated version of a Beast, which is not what a Xvart looks like to me.
