A tall, wiry man in bright white garments trudges dejectedly into the antechamber.
"Do you desire anything, sir?" asks a ghoul dressed in formal black garb.
"No, no--not at the moment."
"How did the contest go, sir?"
"Not very well. I suffered a lo--what's that in the corner?"
"I do not see anything, sir."

The necromancer turns away from his goulish butler and yells to whoever lurks in the shadows: "Come out, coward!

I find your grandmother to be boorish, your farm to be hellish, and your ninjitsu to be sloppy!"


If I win the insult round, I'll ask for a speed (5 flag) style match.

"May I ask forgiveness for pronouncing you a coward? No, I would not wish to harm myself, and entering a combat with you would surely be doing just that. I am agraid that I must respectfully decline . . . Ah hell! Let's have some fun!"

The necromancer erects a forcefield around his more luxurient pieces of artwork, and casts a simple illusion to give the make-shift arena a more appropriate mood: torches burning with dark flames, and such. Smiling, he enters his fighting stance.

" I have always respected brave evil. And I take no offence at all being called a coward, there are times when its a great benefit. Why picking on the weak was even on the Villains Code, long ago when there was such a thing. Therefore this match shall be a 5 flag speed style match, as you would have requested. Now we merely need to await a judge."

Darkwolf decrees this match to take place at the peaks east of the Eyrie of the Phoenix on the morning of the spider.

OOC: I was waiting for your insult . . . did I miss it, or do you not need one since we agreed on the type of match? whatever.

The scythe mangles the bluff; prances higher than the terror of the spring!

Bright quickly conjurs a blade of the darkest ebon shadows; as it is composed of the etherial, it should work to bypas all armor. With a word of power, he sends it streaking twords his opponent, to mangle his well-built body! He then prances away, against the counter-strike, hoping to avoid the terrifying attacks that he knows may spring forth from the dark lord at any moment.

"It has becun! Only time shall tell how it will end."

OOC- My Foul Spirit ability means I always win insults, unless I'm fighting a higher ranked Dark Pather.


The dragon breaks the clearing as it leaps acrossDancing Buddha's Shrine; wards off the edge of the maze!

Arkanyl grins and dropping his cloak reveals his full demonic appearance, his scaled,claws and wings make him seem almost draconic in the dull shadow of the room as he leaps into the air and soaring with the unnatural grace of the greatest of demons attempts to smash his full body weight into his foe's chest while also attempting to hook a large statue with his claw as he soars and pull it over on top of his opponent. As he flys he summons a powerful aura of mental darkness to surround himself to defend him from any attacks designed to cloud his mind and leave him wandering alone in mental maze.
