(YB) Spider defeats the Bright Necromancer! (Monster Zero judging; strategy)

[Ciaran]

Drawing a pair of curved blades from his costume (how does he hide all of these weapons in there?), Spider sets them spinning and flashing in the morning sun. Bounding toward the Bright Necromancer, he leaps high into the air. Then he descends upon his opponent with the unstoppable force of a wall of water falling from the sky.

The tsunami drops from the clouds; waves away the blood of the barrens!

 

[Jeph]

Bright flicks his fingers in a quick yet subtle pattern, and a glowing orb of black, crackling lightning appears in his palm. He hurls the orb at Spider, but it seems to move slowly . . . and suddenly it explodes into a dark burst of energy! The shockwave from the explosion helps to obsorb some of Spiders momentum, while fierce chains of etherial ebon punch at him, draining his Chi.

The chain punches the brush; absorbs the drive of the bone then it guards against the chi of the fortification!

 

[Monster Zero]

The rain washes away all that oppose it.

[Jeph]

The snake invades the cliff; wards off the foray of the cave!

Bright sends a serpentine lash of energy at Spider!

(OOC: Sorry, had internet troubles for the past couple days. Thanks for being patient. )

 

[Ciaran]

Ducking beneath the serpentine ray, Spider unreels his spiked chain once more. He sets it spinning ever faster, until the bladed tip emits an unearthly shriek as it slices the air. Then he whips the chain at the Bright Necromancer's legs.

The grasshopper terrifyingly assails the pillars; protects against the touch of the club!

I have never seen a terrifying grasshopper have you?

Three Flags Spider - Two Flags Bright Necromancer

 

[Ciaran]

Spider reels in the spiked chain. Then he leaps into the air and flings a fistful of shuriken. The fanged blades gleam in the morning sun as they whistle through the air at the Bright Necromancer.

The fang charges the clouds; negates the thrust of the horn!

 

[Jeph]

The tiger bows above the desert; shields against the descent of the storm!

As the storm of spinning, bladed stars descends upon the necromancer, he traces a circle in the air in front of him; a circle that seems to fall out of sinch with the rest of the world, becoming dark and sullen. From behind this ether-shield, he begins an incantation which will call the wrath of raging desert winds down upon the treacherous ninja!
