(YB) Dark Eternal defeats The Viper! (Thanks to The Luminary for judging!)

Leaping upwards, Ahlydhian spins gracefully through the air, and lands beyond his opponent, buying the few seconds he needs to pull his guitar into position. Striking a blurring cacophony of clashing chords, the Dark Eternal raises his voice and hurls his magic , assaulting the Vipers senses with the essence of madness.

The Viper moves back into the shadow of a forest of crates and blocks her ears. There she waits until her opponent gets tired of singing and tries some actual fighting.

The mantis stands next to the forest; blocks the touch of the river!

The Phoenix, sings and has an appropriate defence, the mantis um well, the mantis is there to get grasped I suppose.

2 Flags Neutral.

Wu Xu-tou kicks a crate to flinders. Picking up a long board from the wreckage, she whirls it about like a staff, fending off Ahlydhian’s attacks and attempting to give him a few good whacks to the face.

The staff kicks the city; fends off the speed of the cave! *yen*

Ahlydhian moves back, going on the defensive while he draws on the essence of pattern and order to reinforce his guitar and armor, strengthening them. He tries to draw the Viper back into the open, where he can make an effective counterattack.

The trident obliterates the clearing; fends off the chaos of the canine!

Pushing the Viper back, Ahlydhian drives for a finishing move, hoping to conclude this conflict quickly. With a thrum of a guitar string, a summons is sent - a summons which is answered by an Iron Chimaera, the Dark Eternal's most powerful thrall. The phantastic beast attacks with a dark metallic screech!

The phoenix strikes the castle; blocks the stab of the fires! *yen*

"That's a nice trick," smiles the Viper. "I'll have to learn that one someday."

Spinning her staff, she brushes aside the Iron Chimera's vile breath just before she ducks beneath its flailing hooves. Her black lacquered armor gleams dully as she turns on her heel and delivers a powerful kick to the metallic beast's belly.

The foot kicks the cavern; waves away the storm of the fires and dodges underneath the punch of the mire!
