That's a mouthful. Is Godzilla BOC or Deep Purple? I don't think I can name another song by them except Don't Fear the Reaper, sorry, I couldnt resist
BOC.

There are also Veteran of the Psychic Wars (which was in the movie Heavy Metal) and several minor hits that you might know if you heard them- Joan Crawford, Fire of Unknown Origin, Burning for You, etc.

If you're into weird, BOC is a pretty deep bucket to dive into. The Soft Doctrines of Imaginos indeed.

“Feel the Thunder”

Bowie did a version, but I remember hearing it way before 1994, I'm confused was that Mott the Hoople doing their best Bowie impression.
Bowie wrote “All The Young Dudes” for Mott the Hoople after they turned down “Suffragette City”.

He recorded a version of the vocals to give them a taste of how he thought the song should go, and they remixed part of that into the backing vocals.

Bowie did his own version a couple years later, and often played it live.

You can always just talk to yourself...and answer. As they say when you start answering yourself is when there is need for worry. Never heard the record, I'll have to look into that one.
I have to. Sometimes it's the only halfway intelligent conversation I get in a day.

“Burnin’ For You”
Only other song by them I know.

I saw Bowie in 2004, he played Sheas Buffalo and opened with Rebel Rebel. That venue only has 3019 seats so its rather small.

Thats when we saw the Beast Master. We went to see Bowie and before the show we were having a beer before. I turn to my buddy Sean, "is that Marc Singer, the Beast Master over there?", next day we went to see Megadeth, I turn to my buddy Sean again, "I think the Beastmaster is following us", he was there again the next night. Very strange indeed.
