My current campaign uses 3.5e with the Spell Compendium, Magic Item Compendium, and the Eberron books. (We did include psionics, but when the psion died I decided to quietly remove them from the game.) Oh, and a few house rules, notably the Pathfinder rules for allocating skill points.

I like Pathfinder, and indeed feel that it is generally an improvement on 3.5e. However, I don't feel that it's "better enough" to justify the switch, especially since the cumulative effect of all the minor changes would wipe out the system mastery that I've built with 3.5e. Plus, my biggest issue with 3.5e is the complexity (even in the core), and Pathfinder looks to be even more complex, on balance, than 3.5e.
