Most: Gee, um Monsternomicon, Oriental Adventures and let's say Call of Cthulhu. Given that we're excluding the PHB and noting that I've never run an Iron Kingdoms, a Rokugan or a Call of Cthulhu game in my life.

Oh, and Grim Tales.

Least: Let's include Cry Havoc and The Path of the Sword. Fine books, no use for 'em.

I've gotten plenty of use out of both Deities and Epic, actually. But then I inflict my non-epic, non-divine characters with some pretty stupidly powerful bad guys.

Most used: non-d20 Deadlands: %$&* On Earth  Can I type it if it's part of the title?

d20: D&D Gazeteer, Ultimate Equipment Guide (Mongoose)

Least Used: Non-d20 Hero System 5th Edition

d20 - Races of the Wild (Actually I did get some use out of this book. I gave it to one of my friends as a wedding present :D ) I really wanted to like this book. However, the lack of detail on the halfling deities, along with the fact that the more powerful deities had fewer domains available left me a little disappointed.
