Now that Batman Begins is out, I thought I'd start up this poll to gauge people's opinions on the various Batman flicks.

So, what's your favorite live-action cinematic portrayal of Gotham City's Dark Knight so far?

What's Batman & Robin? I thought the last Batman film until Batman Begins was Batman Forever from 1995.

Nope. There have never been any Batman films until Batman Begins. There have been some films about a guy named Wayne dressing up as a bat to fight crime, but they weren't really Batman films.

:D

Although Begins is better, I still voted for the original to ensure that it nudges ahead of any second place contenders. I mean c'mon, Batman fighting crime in full daylight! Aquatic Bat Shark Repellant! Batman calmly using a radio with a shark clamped onto his leg! Inexplicable exploding fish! Robin voicing his opinion to batman that a bunch of regular people drinking in a bar don't deserve to be saved from a bomb because they're "low lives and scum"! The movie is a laugh a minute!

Good, I'm not the only one that loves that movie. :D

Batman: They may be drinkers, Robin, but they're still human beings. ;)

And one of the best scenes ever ending with:
Batman: Some days you just can't get rid of a bomb.

Robin: When you think, Batman, with those 4 supercrooks hangin' around, it's amazing somebody hasn't already reported this place to the police!
Batman: It's a low neighborhood, full of rumpots. They're used to curious sights, which they attribute to alcoholic delusions.
Robin: Gosh, drink is sure a filthy thing, isn't it? I'd rather be dead than unable to trust my own eyes!

I was always kinda partial to the ballpoint banana myself.
