You are about 250 feet or so off the ground (so Rank 3 height) and traveling at 500mph (Speed 8). Not going to worry too much about re-world psychics here. If someone has Flight at any Ranks or Slow Fall or some other cool comic book logic, they can get to the ground safely.

Silver Streak is going to try a Super-Speed power stunt to get Safe Fall by creating a cushion of air under him by rotating his arms at Super-Speed (an old Flash trick), so adding an alternate power to Speed which is Safe Fall + Speed 6, then using Acrobatics to roll to his feet (if necessary) and used his Speed to slow to a stop.

Well Insubstantial does not have anything in the description that suggests you can fly :D what you can do is 'fall' out of the giant robot and then teleport to the ground as there is a forest down below you so there are plenty of shadows. You might take falling damage though (make a Toughness save) unless you have the Change Velocity (or you could Power Stunt to get it as it is a 1 point extra on Teleport).

Sure but then you would sink into the earth I would think as its not going to provide any way to stop you :D and then you could suffocate... but its all comic booky so I guess you could just 'land' hehe

I was thinking the power stunt would use her existing deflection ability as a base. I held it as a last resort since she could still fail the activation.

Totally up to you but if you fail the activation you could use a Hero Point to re-roll... and if that means you are out of points to do Extra Effect you could still take the Fatigue instead...

Oh, forgot about using hero point to reroll. That worked out much better. The Princess finally did something heroic. She's so proud (or will be later when she realizes it).
