Huh. And here my reaction was, "Having to drain people for ki instead of just getting it all back on a long rest is a HUGE nerf."

I'd sweep all the sexual mechanics back behind the curtain where they belong, as follows: "The Succubus Monk must engage in a sex act or use his Draining Kiss ability at least once per day or begin starving, as though having not eaten." Then I'd give them a Draining Kiss that is considerably more chaste. It's like an unarmed attack that gets you back a point of ki, but it only works on a grappled or restrained target, similar to a vampire's bite. (Actually quite similar, in the folklore.) This would make the 3rd level ability into an actual benefit for the monk instead of a huge liability.

Other content aside, let's not make rules for rape please.

That wasn't mind intent, if you watch the show the Succubus Kiss isn't really a normal kiss, No opens her mouth near someone else's and sexual chi energy pours out from her Targets mouth into her own, no touching of lips needed.

And I'll point out that the rules I used are based on the actual Succubus rules for using their kiss.

Although I'll point out rules for rape have been in the game since day one. Dominate Person, Dominate Monster, Friends, Charm Person, Charm Monster, Planar Binding, Command, Sleep, Imprisonment, Wish, Conjure X, True Polymorph, Grapple + Free Action, Non Lethal Damage causing unconscousiness, intimidate check, Geas, Evard's Black Tentacles, and the most horrifying of all in my opinion the Starlocks Thrall feature, and so much more. So I didn't create rules for anything.

So I didn't create rules for anything.

That and, well... we've had the rules for non-consensual murder for a while now.

It all depends on how its portrayed. As I alluded to with my initial post, discretion is the responsibility of the table. What works for some may not work for others.

To each their own.

You have a serious lack of understanding what rape is. That is unfortunate and frightening. While the many game features you described ways to force people to do things they do not like none of them are explicitly sexual in nature as your first post clearly was. Please take some time to educate yourself on the topic. While you may have a specific image in mind the words you use clearly indicate unwelcome contact of a sexual nature.

I already told you, it wasn't intended to refer to actual sex, but oral draining of energy.

Seriously watch the show and you'll see what I mean.

And you can use any of my examples if one chose for rape without any addition rules.

And I'm not an idiot I know what rape is thanks.

I never suggested anyone describe rape at the table, you know what I'll find a brief clip from the show, it's PG easily.

An example of what I'm actually talking about, minus the grapple.

your monk most drain sexual Ki from another Sentient being, which can not be construct. She does this by kissing or other intimate actions as action, dealing her monk damage to the target and regaining a point of Ki. If the target is unwilling this may require a grapple or incapacitating them first.

Let's be extremely clear. I dont care if you are basing this off some show you are writing the literal definition of rape in your text. You can do better than this with even a little effort. You can keep the flavor and fix this travesty of writing. Try something like "the monk feeds of the heightened emotions of others stealing their essence and focusing it to fuel their own abilities. Emotions such as Hatred, Fear, Lust, and Joy can be stored within the monk's own repository of Ki and used to fuel fantastical abilities. This emotional force can be given freely to the monk in mutual exchange or in the case of some emotions like Fear be taken through force. If forced, the monk must incapacitate the target then use an action to drain them.

Above is an example of where your character concept can fit your theme without turning this into The Rapist of Justice.

To be even more clear I do not think this is a good idea for a subclass and shows a very sparse understanding of the various monk abilities and resouces and how they work together but if you and your group like this stuff, that is your business. All I am asking is that you dont create a rules framework justifying rape and then try to pawn it off as ok because a show said rape is ok as long as a sexy woman is doing it. It's not.
