If you didn't go out and slay it yourself, then I think it'd be at the normal cost. You could simply cut the material cost down to 3/4 or 1/2 normal, depending on how valuable the material is.

Regeneration and Fast Healing stacks entirely. Fast Healing also heals nonlethal damage (before lethal, even), making it a potent combo.

Suddenly, the Duskblade (PH2) comes to mind.

A summoning spell doesn't target your foe, it brings around an extra creature. While the lasting effects of Summon Monster I can wander off at your command and attack willy-nilly, the spell itself doesn't actually target your foes. Spiritual Weapon doesn't actually target your foes either...

I'd allow you to have line of sight only IF you have the mirror oriented just right. You still wouldn't have line of effect if there was something in the way, as normal, since you can't just bounce spells off a mirror. It seems too situational to be of any real use, though, and only if the DM...

I agree - you should say that he'll need to wait the 1d4 rounds to use another breath weapon, perhaps even in different forms. Changing between different dragon colors to get a different breath weapon each round is pretty ridiculous...
