I am not sure if this will meet your timelines and is a little on the expensive side on XP, but it should work. It assumes a 23rd level wizard:

Dragon Magazine recently introduced a number of lesser golems in the article "Lesser Golems: Automatons For Amateurs" by Campbell Pentney in Issue 341. They included the Fungus Golem, Junk Golem, Paper Golem, Tin Golem, Wax Golem, Wood Golem.
This was mentioned above, but the module "Red Hand of Doom" has all kinds of hobgoblins with various class levels in it. The stat blocks were put out as a web enhancement and can be downloaded here:

Arms and Equipment has a huge list of poisons, including ones that effect Wisdom.
