If you do not have anything else to do on your turn, I would suggest using Aid Another to give Sweetness a bonus to her next thievery check. Also, good thinking with the action point! Are Sweetness and Gruff within the area of effect of the trap? If so, could you please let us all know? :)

Seems like you are correct, sir. I stand down. :) I guess my strategy was flawed in that aspect. We shouldn't have had him ready the action, then he still would have had his standard to use for retreat.
