I dunno, I had a crazy idea that you could create martial adept disciplines based off of the fighting techniques in Naruto. Has anyone done this before? I did a bit of searching myself and came up empty handed.

Powerful Build is worth +1 LA just as large size is, ya you don't get reach, but you also don't get the penalties to attack and AC, and you retain all the other benefits such as +4 to bull rush, grapple, etc.... The name of the class you're talking about escapes me, but it's not dragon disciple, that's a prestige class that builds up to getting the half dragon template.
