Based on what I have seen of 4e so far, I doubt that I will run any 3.5 games after release, but I will be totally happy to play in them if other members of my group remain more comfortable with it from the DM side of things.

I quite like the idea of fights taking place in closer quarters too, for reasons that have nothing to do with realism. It makes for faster-paced fights in which rounds at a time are not devoted to simply getting close enough to engage the enemy! :)

I liked the previous one much less than this one and I do feel it is probably beneficial to showcase the dragonborn on the cover of the PHB as it will help to get people used to their look and 'feel' in the D&D fantasy experience.
