    Indeed it is. The lead designer for 4th Ed had this to say: "The game's math assumes that the rogue gets sneak attack with just about every attack he makes. If the rogues in your game are constantly gaining combat advantage, it really isn't a big deal." See Mike Mearls posting here...

    Nice! So, can you hide in a square with cover without moving? If you can, what kind of action is it? If you attack an enemy from a square with cover, can you re-hide during your turn without moving?

    Yeah, I think I agree. I was using a variation of the rules on the bottom of PHG page 281 (to do with total concealment). I think I'll change to your suggestion that they don't need to roll at all.
