Thank you all very much for your help, now is there a way that I can save this thread because the campaign won't start until 3.5 comes out?

So there is not a real way to powergame a little with the arcane archer, the campaign is going into epic, or should I say it's starting at epic levels.

Can't sorcerers use a higher spell slot to cast a lower level spell anyways? For instance, he runs out of third level spells but still has one fourth level spell, can't he just use the 4th level slot? Now that I think about it, I think the fireball would still be considered a third level spell...

thank you all very much, I hope my DM will let me play one of those. I don't have my book with me, but kind of plus does a pixie give, I know a half celestial gives 4 chr and wis and a plus to every other stat too, plus spell like abilities. Thanks again

what is the plus to level or whatever it's called of an assimaar and the pixie, also, is the pixie in the mm1?

Is there a race that will give you a plus to Charisma? I have been told that drows do, but are there any other races that do that too, something that is playable as a PC. Thanks

What is spellcasting prodigi and what does it do? Is it worth getting the book if you like spellcasters?

The magic system is fine as it is, leave it alone! If you force your "house rules" upon your players then they will not like it, just remember to tell the player that plays a spellcaster beforehand. However, I am pretty sure that you will find people that like that idea ;)

You're right, however, I did hear that they are making that feat(Eshrew Materials) a general feat, now we won't have to use a full round action to cast a spell with that feat.

The Ring of Mesos In the book "Magic of Faerun" there is a magical ring called Ring of Mesos I beleive. I think this is something you want to look at, however it is not cheap.

Has anyone else had problems with those things? In 3 campaigns that I played in I died twice because of those things. They are worse than cobolts (spelling).
