With the lack of responses to the latest of these threads, it seems the idea that we have hit the bottom of the barrel of classic modules has truth.

There are a few I haven't brought up, but I think I've definitely hit on all of the "good" ones, or at least on all the well-known/well-played adventures. What is missing that deserves a discussion?

Should this series be retired?

there are some from earlier editions you haven't covered
Earlier than AD&D1 and B/ED&D? There were no official adventure modules for OD&D, to my knowledge. And if you are referring to Judge's Guild stuff, well that's pretty obscure and rare.

B10, X4, X5, U1...(or maybe you did cover them). As an aside, the JG stuff has its supporters.

And you could do something like Dragon Mountain...

The only adventures I would consider "classic" not covered to this point:

B7 Rahasia
B10 Night's Dark Terror
X4 Master of the Desert Nomads/X5 Temple of Death

If you were to extend the adventures beyond just those TSR did, Caverns of Thracia, Dark Tower, and Tegel Manor from Judges Guild should all be included.
