unfortunatly Atanatotatos is dropping out. Is someone New willing to take over Djaar d'Ruthl, rogue (artful)/wild sorcerer he can be played as a rogue or in his current halfway state, which will convert fully at 2nd level.

I can NPC him for a bit.

How far from the current write up can I deviate when making the sorcerer?

What do you have in mind?
The feats are already chosen, but the skills and powers are flexible.
If you want to reverse CHR and DEX when you reach 2nd level that's fine too.

I'm going to run on Djaar's current build until the level up.

switch the ability scores then, Cha for Dex.
pick out sorcerer powers only.
keep the feats that have been previously selected, though I would rather multiclass warlock (fey pact), instead of rogue. S.B.C. is going to be a definite though.
Switch the skills to sorcerer appropriate skills.
update everything else to be reflective of those changes.

If you would prefer a Fey Pact, you can retrain it when you reach third level. It will likely be with the unseliee fey known as the Devourer, unless you have contact with other fey powers (which could easily come with you reaching the surface, let me know if you want to pursue that path.)

About the retcon, you and Nashqui may manage to fix it, and you can write it off to a youthful mistake on Djaar's part. Now he knows not to try it again, and he can concentrate on more subtle persuasion.

Woot. I like Djaar as chaotic evil, unseliee Devourer is great for that. I like the transition, should be splendid.

the party actually needed to fail another skill roll to officially fail the diplomacy skill challenge, but at least 2 characters seemed to prefer bloodshed.
Besides D&D combat is fun :)
