If everyone has time to post me a heads up here, as to what your character wants to do. Going to get chaotic I think so wish to make sure I understand what your up to before I commit you or an NPC to an action.
So far I have Kildrak stripping down one of the guards. And donning his armor. So he is good for 6-7 minutes.

Finnan will search the room and advocates a speedy and stealthy departure, though he is aware that we need supplies. I don't see him beign very involved in the tactics of defending the room but being much more interested in the room and its contents.

a buckler
a suit of studded leather
her shortbow
a hand crossbow and a share of the cases of bolts up to carrying capacity.
A real dagger
and if no one claims it, the mace unless she can get a sword from one of the guards.
Reminder: there is also stuff on the dead guards.
