I'm sorry, but we need more clarification, and possibly an example or two... have you asked the sage or customer service?

Idiot isn't a status condition since there is no chance to save or have it end. But, rather, Idiot is a keyword description used with the creature type.

There is also the idiot template that can be applied to any creature.

Idiots are most often found as sidekicks to geniuses (see "Pinky and Brain"), comic relief NPCs (see "Badger minion") or as player characters (see "Any PC that Morrus has ever played" ;) ).

It was left out of the glossary though, and I am hoping to see it make an appearance in the next update!

Since this thread actually has replies, I might let you all know why I'm an idiot

I thought this
Sorrowsworn Ring Level 25
You can siphon life force from those you kill using this loop of
black feathers bearing two gleaming jet gems.
Item Slot: Ring 625,000 gp
Property: Gain darkvision and a +4 item bonus to
Intimidate checks.
Power (Daily): Immediate Reaction. Use this power when
you reduce a creature to 0 or fewer hit points. That
creature dies and you gain a number of temporary hit
points equal to your healing surge value.
If you’ve reached at least one milestone today, this power
can be used as an immediate interrupt when you would
be reduced to 0 or fewer hit points. Gain a number of
temporary hit points equal to your healing surge value.

I, for one, refuse to be a mindless sheep and will not be buying into $E's blatant capitalist money grab.

Buying new books for updates is SO video gamey.

Since we are talking about instant deaths here, let me add Trample to the list. It's a sure fire instant death - for the monster that is. Well, maybe not instant, but the monsters life gets incredibly shorter very quickl
