Last I heard it was still working on phones, but I only use it on my computer, which is still down.

I also primarily use it via the PC app. The last thing that I saw posted, before losing connection, was something about Discord being "blocked due to a Cloudflare error", but this appears to be a different issue.

Yeah, the web based version of Discord is working fine for me. I haven't checked the desktop app, and don't use it on mobile.

Desktop app started working for me maybe 2 hours ago. Phone app worked the whole time, but I don't know about web.

I can't get the desktop version to even open with an error anymore. I may need to reboot, but I'm not that worried about it until game time tomorrow.

Just checked the desktop app, and other than taking a moment to download a bunch of updates and install them (I haven't used it for a few weeks) it seems fine.
