Maldin

First Post
My main PC, started in 1980, and also was the second PC I ever created. Now he's also an important NPC in my long-running campaign, so I could have selected that button as well. Maldin (and his shop) has also been published in official City of Greyhawk materials (Living Greyhawk Journal), and appeared in Dragon Magazine #337 in one of Erik Mona's "Wormfood" articles. I've got a page up about his shop on my website as a web-expansion of the Dragon article. http://melkot.com/locations/cogh/maldins.html

Loads of edition-independent Greyhawk goodness... maps, magic, mysteries, mechanics, and more! Click on "Who is Maldin?" for info about the "real-world" Maldin. ;-)

Boss

First Post
A friend in my martial arts class started calling me boss, and when I joined his paintball team, the name stuck. Now, I am the captain of the team, and instructor in the class, so it is somewhat fitting.

Lanefan

Victoria Rules
Of the (too) many PC's I've had over time, Lanefan became the iconic one; i.e. the one that has the most of "me" built in...except he's about 3 or 4 times as strong as I am. :) That, and in the (homebrew) language it's derived from, La Nefan means "Man of (the) Moon"; even though I named him many years before I became Wiccan, it just fits somehow. :)

sniffles

First Post
My screen name comes from my favorite Warner Brothers cartoon character, Sniffles the mouse, who starred in only 6 cartoons in the 1940s. :)
