Yeah, probably, I spaced a little and copied a FR-4E one instead of FR-GH (which I don't seem to have), but still I'd think that'd get you at least some of the way.

The 3e FRCS has a PHB -> FR gods conversion table. It's of slightly limited use since they've changed the FR pantheon and the 3e PHB didn't have the full GH pantheon, but it's a start:

Boccob - Azuth, Mystra, Savras, Velsharoon
Corellon Larethian - same
Ehlonna - Mielikki
Erythnul - Cyric, Garagos, Malar
Fharlaghn - Selûne, Shaundakul
Garl Glittergold - same
Gruumsh - same
Heironeous - Torm, Tyr
Hextor - Bane, Loviatar
Kord - Lathander, Tempus, Uthgar
Moradin - same
Nerull - Cyric, Malar, Talona
Obad-Hai - Silvanus
Olidamarra - Oghma, Sune, Tymora
Pelor - Ilmater, Lathander, Torm
St. Cuthbert - Helm, Hoar, Tyr
Vecna - Shar, Velsharoon
Wee Jas - Azuth, Kelemvor
Yondalla - same

The table is intended more as "if a core D&D adventure refers to a cleric of Hextor, make it a cleric of Bane instead", but it's a start.

TYVM this is exactly what I was looking for.

I have the opposite problem - my campaign is based in Forgotten Realms, yet I wish to use the PHB Divinity feats.

So I added the PHB feats to those of the FRPG. I aimed to have each greater god make available two Divinity Feats to their followers, so I had to tweak a bit. Here's the resulting chart:

Obviously, characters are encouraged to rename feats appropriately. There would be a Amaunator's Radiance feat for instance, not Pelor's Radiance.

Mielikki > Ehlonna
Waukeen > Zilchus (sp) merchant god
Chuantea > Merkerria (sp) farming godess.

The demihuman gods would convert to themselves.

Why not just let the players pick any power that fits whatever god they chose?

If you look at "portfolios" and general ideas of what the gods stand for you could probably choose from several of the feats that all were appropriate. I don't see why you have to line everything up one-to-one.
