Healer Feat

New Feat proposal:

Skilled Healer (General)
Pre-Req: 5 ranks of Healing
This feat gives the character two additional abilities that use the Healing skill.
Bind Wounds - With a full round action the character can make a Heal Check DC20 to convert 1d6 of normal damage to subdual damage. This can be applied any normal wounds, but only once for any existing wounds (it can be applied again to subsequent wounds).
Revive from Unconsciousness - With full round action the character can make a Heal check DC 20+1/neg hp to awaken an unconscious or dying character. If applied to a dying character, the character regains consciousness and is considered both dying and disabled. So she is able to make move actions without penalty or standard actions but taking an additional point of damage. This application does not prevent the character from losing additional hitpoints. If applied to a character who is unconscious due to taking more subdual damage than he has hitpoints, the character is made staggered (but any additional damage will result in unconsciousness).
