Increasing Constitution change HPs?

I haven't seen this discussed yet. If you increase your CON, from level boosts or otherwise, do your HPs change? I have not found this to be directly addressed. All I have found in the PHB (pg 16) is

Your Constitution score is added to your hit points at first level.

Lack of any other statements leads me to conclude only your starting CON score affects your HP.

Nope. When you raise your Con, your hit points go up as well.

I cannot, I'm afraid, find the reference at the moment. But it's in the book.

Found it! Page 27, under the heading "4. Hit Points".

If you increased your Constitution score, increase your hit points by 1 (as if you had your new Constitution score when you were 1st level).

That's how we roll in my campaign as well. Don't remember where the rule is, but even if it wasn't we'd probably house rule that in as I just have a hard time accepting that an increase in your Con would not make any difference on your HP.
